Getting Started & Requirements

To deliver high-quality results, we require the following before project initiation:

  • Contact details (Address, Phone, Website, Email, Social Media).
  • A clear overview of business activity, specialization, and competitors.
  • Reference pages or styles that you like to help us align with your vision.
  • Any additional details will be requested as needed during the process.
Can I see samples of your previous work?
Absolutely. You can view our portfolio in the "Our Work" section of our website.
Do you reuse designs for clients in the same industry?
No. Every design is unique. We never repeat concepts or designs for different clients.
Do I need to provide the content?
We take care of all details, including copywriting for designs. However, we can also work with content provided by you, depending on our agreement.

Do you provide guarantees on results?
We work diligently to achieve the best results. We guarantee full commitment to project deadlines and professional standards.
How do you measure ad campaign success?
We use precise metrics from platforms like "Meta" to increase conversion rates and continuously optimize ads for peak performance.
Is there a refund if no results are achieved?
We exert maximum effort for every campaign. However, ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable.

Delivery & Technical Support

Can I request edits after delivery?
Up to (3) revisions are included. Minor, non-substantial changes may be made free of charge at our discretion.
Do you offer post-delivery support?
Yes, you can reach out for consultations or questions at any time, free of charge.
What is the project turnaround time?
It varies by service (Social Media Management, Profile, Logo, Video).
Typically, work begins within 24-72 hours of receiving all requirements.
How can I track project progress?
Updates are shared through a dedicated company "WhatsApp" group to keep you informed in real-time.

Cancellation Policy

  • If work has already commenced: The client is not entitled to a refund.
  • If work has not started: A full refund will be issued to the client.

Important Notes

  1. We commit to delivering all files as per the agreement.
  2. We strictly adhere to deadlines unless delayed by Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
  3. Project speed depends on data availability. The faster you provide content, the faster we deliver.
  4. Final delivery feedback must be provided within 5 days. Beyond this period, revisions may incur additional costs.
